I have over 12 years experience in many forms of Yoga practice and have studied under world famous teachers including John Scott, Shiva Rea and David Sye.  I have also had the privilege of close guidance from Paul Fox, who specialises in Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga.

One of my students commented that I seem to sleep, eat and breathe yoga, and perhaps she’s right. Continued practice has brought me steadiness of mind, and an ability to breeze through life’s adversities.

I hope that through my own understanding of this holistic discipline, I will be able to benefit others, helping them to connect with their bodies in a fluid and empowering way. 

How do we go from being just a drop in the ocean? Who doesn’t want to make even a small footprint in the sand? Let’s look after ourselves as we journey through life. Yoga is merely a tool to equip us for this world. Look towards the horizon and search for your dreams, then walk towards them, steady and focussed.

I am qualified to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). The BWY is the Sport England recognised National Governing Body for Yoga and the highest governing body for Yoga in the UK.
